Privacy Policy

1. Overview and Commitment to Privacy

Soft Dev FZ LLC ("we", "our", or "PassSkipper") respects the privacy of our visitors and customers. This Privacy Policy outlines how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when using our planning and automated monitoring tools.

2. Disney connection and payments

We do not ask for your Disney password. You invite PassSkipper through My Disney Experience Family & Friends, then provide your first and last name so we can check the connection. Payments are processed by PayPal; our checkout does not collect card numbers.

3. Information Collected

• Disney Connection Details: First and last names submitted to find a Family & Friends connection, plus guest identifiers and plan-modification permission status returned by the linking service.
• Party Names: Guest names, last initials, party membership, selected parks, rides, dates, return-time windows, search statuses and reservation references.
• Transaction Records: PayPal order identifiers, payment status, plan, amount, currency and service expiry, used to manage paid access.

4. Data Storage and Security

Search, guest, party and payment records are processed by our API. This browser stores a tenant identifier, language preferences and analytics identifiers in local storage; the search draft and campaign attribution use session storage. Analytics records include page paths, campaign parameters and interactions with setup and checkout. When configured, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising UET and Microsoft Clarity receive usage or conversion data. PayPal processes payments. Email forms collect the address and preferences you submit. The concierge sends your message and location, when enabled, to our API; the AI assistant sends chat messages for response generation. No fixed automatic deletion period is specified here; contact us about retention or deletion.
