We offer refunds for any customer who experiences technical difficulties, outages, or is unsatisfied with the automated monitoring service during their visit.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email our support team at ae@softdev.ae within 7 days of purchase. Please include your PayPal Transaction ID or the email associated with your PayPal account.

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 1 to 2 business days directly through the PayPal resolution engine.
